To implement the control algorithm, the paper also proposes a solution to automatically control the pump, control the valve, receive feedback on temperature and the actual number of liters output. This control algorithm has been tested and applied in practice at the western petroleum depot at Tra Noc Industrial Park, Can Tho city, Vietnam.
