摘要

为了在静止背景下跟踪视频图像中的运动目标,设计了一种新的检测方法。根据HSI颜色分布模型对颜色感知能力强的优点,利用特征颜色向量来描述目标特征,建立被检测图像的特征颜色分布函数,利用二分类法搜索潜在目标区域,从而快速检测出静止背景下的彩色目标。实验结果表明,与基于主色的一般算法相比,该方法在消除非目标域方面更有效。
