At last, this paper compares the volumes of the emitted gases of stainless steel coated by TiN film and stainless steel without TiN film, after they are both roasted by high temperature. 摘要

为了满足微波器件对材料真空性能日益增长的要求,作者对材料的放气过程及其原因、不同气体在材料中的扩散特性进行了初步探讨。指出在保持材料原有物理化学性能的基础上,可以通过表面改性提高材料的真空性能。最后,本文比较了镀有TiN膜的不锈钢和未镀TiN膜的不锈钢在高温烘烤后的排放气体体积。结果表明,对TiN薄膜进行表面改性可以改善材料的真空性能。

Material's outgassing and surface modification of TiN coating film
