The development of crises in enterprises depends on the activities of all categories of workers, and the personnel management system is an essential element of crisis management. The purpose of the research is to describe the mechanism for making managerial decisions on the effective systems of remuneration at crises enterprises in a digital environment. Preservation of the most effective employees in crisis requires the use of special methods of motivation and organization of remuneration. For the financial justification of the implementation of this task, the article proposes a decision-making procedure and a system of calculations based on the separation of the principles of external and internal analysis, the development of the regulatory budget of the company and the business plan to overcome the crisis.
