摘要

本文研究了汽车碰撞梁生产线滚压成形过程中用于金属梁最终切割的成型机材料的磨损损伤。模具夹具的材料选用SKD11钢。在切削模夹具中,在真空热处理后进行Ti扩散热处理,以提高表面硬度和抗磨性能。并对不同热处理方法的磨损损伤程度与现有热处理方法进行比较。通过磨损试验得到磨损损失和摩擦系数。并比较了切削模夹具损坏件和未损坏件的显微维氏硬度值。经Ti扩散热处理后,未损伤部位的显微维氏硬度值较高。显微维氏硬度服从双参数威布尔概率分布。
