The adapter is analyzed in time and frequency domain and the obtained results validated with full-wave models. Good correlation of the measured and computed S-parameters is achieved in the frequency range of interest up to 2 GHz. Measurement example for observation of the screening attenuation and transfer impedance of multiconductor cables according to the triaxial measurement method demonstrate the adapter's applicability.
