摘要

近年来,仿真工具已经优化为精确建模和仿真的特殊目的。因此,开发了仿真工具来对某一问题进行建模和仿真。过去,硬件采用SPICE模拟器建模,软件采用基于信号和微分方程的模拟器建模。目前所研究的系统已不再是单一的软件系统或单一的硬件系统,而是软硬件相互联系的复杂系统体系结构。因此,硬件和软件的接口不能总是简化为一个简单的数学函数,作为硬件和软件隔离仿真的初始前提。由于缺乏简化接口的能力,必须进行硬件和软件的联合仿真。本文提出了一个矩阵变换器的整体模型,在PSPICE中对电力电子器件进行建模,在MATLAB/Simulink中对换相逻辑和软件进行建模。
