The test passed the gram staining method and the catalase test. The Tulungagung final disposal site, one of the final disposal sites in Pagerwojo Village, accommodates various kinds of waste every day. Garbage is a material that can be disposed of which originates from human activities that do not yet have economic value. This study used a qualitative approach which included observation, observation and experiment approaches. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of bacterial content in waste at TPA Segawe, Tulungagung Regency. Observations were made at the Microbiology Laboratory, Faculty of Science, Adibuana PGRI University, Surabaya.
