摘要

桥梁是交通基础设施的重要组成部分。因此,在准备参考条款和设计过程中,有必要在最大程度上解决所有相关风险(即与技术设施的配件和组件老化以及环境的动态发展有关的风险)。为了设计具有这些特性的桥梁,仅仅尊重有效的标准和规范以及良好的实践是不够的,还需要尊重所有可能的风险及其组合的数据。为此,有必要使用风险管理计划中确定的措施进行设计,其中规定了当地的条件和可能性。本文给出了规范与风险分析结果相结合的程序模型。
