Utilize Fuzzy Data Mining to Find the Living Pattern of Customers in Hotels

The different criteria are usually used in real data mining, in our study of finding the living pattern of customers in hotels, we adopt fuzzy data mining that combine apriori algorithm with different min-support and min-confidence and fuzzy set theory to copy with the criteria the yielded rules are not only useful to the hotel decision-makers, but also to those who want to do the business. In this paper the approach and steps are listed, we can see the method is scientific and meaningful from the actual example, so the approach can be further used in other facets.
