The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results show that job satisfaction has a direct effect on work discipline. 本研究旨在探讨Agung Jaya Bersama Tasikmalaya PT.员工的工作满意度与薪酬对其工作纪律的影响。使用的方法是定量方法,样本为34名受访者,来自PT. Agung Jaya Bersama Tasikmalaya的员工。使用的数据有主要数据和次要数据。使用的分析工具是路径分析,使用SPSS版本25。结果表明,工作满意度对工作纪律有直接影响。薪酬对员工工作纪律的影响不显著,工作满意度通过薪酬对员工工作纪律产生影响。
