The drawbacks of the conventional flux-weakening strategy were analyzed, and a compensator was added to the conventional flux-weakening strategy. The compensator is designed by using the difference of the q-axis current reference and the real current. With this method, the anti-windup control and flux-weakening control can be achieved simultaneously.
