摘要

近年来,中国电动汽车充电基础设施建设水平不断提高。对电动汽车参与电力市场进行了研究,提出了电动汽车充电与储能相结合的交易与能量调度机制。本文提出的PV- storage - charging (PSC)集成系统将电动汽车充电与储能和光伏输出的能量调度相结合。同时,本文设计了一个两阶段的市场竞价与调度机制框架,对电动汽车充电站进行定价。电动汽车充电定价分别基于位置边际定价(LMP)和实时市场的VCG方法。通过实例对PSC站的能源调度绩效进行了评价,并提出了定价方法。
