In this study, protease enzymes produced from Bacillus thuringiensis which was isolated from soil was purified. The optimum conditions of this purified enzyme were investigated. The effect of the different production environment, different pH, different temperature degrees and different metal ions of the enzyme produced from Bacillus thuringiensis were observed.
