摘要

企业资源规划(ERP)的价值关系到其投资为组织创造价值的程度。ERP价值的问题是如何定义和衡量ERP价值。因此，本研究的目的不仅是建立ERP价值模型，而且是在实施后阶段定义和测量ERP价值。在文献综述的基础上，运用资源基础观(Resource-Based View, RBV)方法，确定了ERP资源、组织能力和ERP系统的组织核心能力是ERP价值创造的三个关键能力。本研究的结果是对印度尼西亚三个组织的ERP价值进行测量，并表明ERP资源、组织能力和ERP系统的组织核心能力对ERP价值有影响。这项研究可能是一个触发组织获得ERP价值。
