摘要

提出了一种基于动态功率电流的数字电路间歇故障诊断方法。介绍了数字电路中的间歇故障模型。分析了不同程度和类型的间歇故障对逻辑门电路动态功率电流的影响。然后,提出了一种基于电源电流信息的间歇故障智能诊断方法,并在ISCAS85-C17电路上进行了验证。试验结果表明,利用动态电源电流进行数字电路间歇故障诊断是可行的。
