The curved surface housing comprises a logarithmic spiral curved front housing, a left side plate, a right side plate, and a back baffle. Fluent simulation showed that the logarithmic spiral shell has better fluidity than the broken line shell, which is more conducive to the flow of cotton straw in the shell. The straw crushing and returning device with the function of secondary backward throwing mainly consists of curved shell, transmission device, crushing device and secondary throwing device, and the secondary throwing shaft is equipped with spiral blades to recycle the straw. One time crushing and backward conveying can improve the backward throwing performance of cotton straw. The field experiment demonstrated that under the working conditions of knife roller rotation speed of 2490.00r/min, forward speed of 4.90km/h and ground clearance of 76.0mm, the cotton stalk crushing rate and cotton stalk dropping rate of the second throwing cotton straw chopping and returning machine were 98.78% and 2.88%, respectively. The relative error between the experimental value and the predicted value was less than 5%. 摘要:针对棉花秸秆破碎还田及残膜回收联合作业机的农艺要求,现有的秸秆破碎还田机还不能满足要求。本工作设计了具有二次反抛功能的棉花秸秆破碎回用装置,力求实现棉花秸秆破碎后均匀抛掷,为残膜回收作业奠定基础。曲面外壳包括对数螺旋弯曲前外壳、左侧板、右侧板和后挡板。Fluent仿真结果表明,对数螺旋壳比折线壳具有更好的流动性,更有利于棉秆在壳内的流动。具有二次向后抛掷功能的秸秆破碎返回装置主要由弯壳、传动装置、破碎装置和二次抛掷装置组成,二次抛掷轴上装有螺旋叶片,对秸秆进行回收。一次破碎后倒输送,可以提高棉秸秆的倒抛性能。现场试验表明,在刀辊转速为2490.00r/min、前进速度为4.90km/h、离地间隙为76.0mm的工况下,二次抛棉秸秆斩退机的棉秆破碎率为98.78%,棉秆掉落率为2.88%。实验值与预测值的相对误差小于5%。回归模型可靠,机器能较好地完成棉花秸秆的斩退操作。
