From Competing Values Framework (CVF) prospective, this study examines the correlations among organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, this study analyzes the possible mediating role of OCB in the relationship between organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. A questionnaire-based survey was used to measure the related constructs. The results suggest that OCB partially mediates the impact of organizational culture on organizational effectiveness. The results also indicate the feasibility of impact mechanism of organizational culture on effectiveness.
