摘要

为了更好地服务于电网生产,实现电动工具仪表全生命周期信息化管理的目标,本文分析了电动工具仪表管理面临的问题,研究了电动工具仪表生产数据的存储和系统结构,设计了基于RFID的电动工具仪表管理系统。通过靠近RFID终端的集成智能工作站,保证工具仪器的仓库管理自动登记;通过设置在货架上的RFID读写器采集数据,对仓库内的工具仪器进行实时盘点;通过门禁报警服务,保证出库、入库异常信息登记和报警提示;通过室内定位终端跟踪工具和仪器的运动轨迹来实现区域定位,通过远端RFID终端综合管理系统来查看和管理工具信息、操作指导书和工作人员信息。该系统已成功应用于南方电网清远抽水蓄能电站。
