الأحکام الفقهیة التی رتبها الشارع على غروب الشمس

لقد استهدفت الدراسة الفقهية بعنوان (الأحکام الفقهية التي رتبها الشارع على غروب الشمس) تقريب تلک الأحکام وجمعها وبحثها بحثا علميا فقهيا مقارنا، مؤصلا بالأدلة الشرعية، حيث إني لم أر من بحثها أو جمعها في مکان واحد، وقد سرت في بحثها وفق منهج علمي أوضحته في المقدمة، وقد قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وخمسة مطالب أولها: في تعريف غروب الشمس، وثانيها: أحکام الصلاة المترتبة على غروب الشمس، وثالثها: أحکام الصيام المترتبة على غروب الشمس، ورابعها: أحکام الحج المترتبة على غروب الشمس، وخامسها: مسائل متفرقة تترب على غروب الشمس، وقد جمعت في کل مطلب من هذه المطالب الأحکام المترتبة على غروب الشمس مع بيان خلاف أهل العلم فيما قوي فيه الخلاف، وأدلتهم وبيان الرأي الراجح بدليله، ثم ختمته بأهم النتائج المستخلصة منه، وفهرس للمصادر والمراجع.  The jurisprudential study entitled (Fiqh Rulings enacted by the legislator upon sunset) aimed at presenting those rulings, collecting, and researching them in a scientific and comparative jurisprudential research, supported by legal evidence, given I did not see that anyone had researched or collected them in one place. I conducted the present research according to a scientific method that I have explained in the Introduction. I have divided the research into an introduction and five sections. The first one is on defining sunset; the second: the rulings of prayer soon after sunset; the third: the rulings concerning fasting associated with sunset; the fourth: the rulings of Hajj associated with sunset; and the fifth: miscellaneous issues related to sunset. In each of these sections, I have compiled the rulings associated with sunset with an explanation of the disagreement of the scholars regarding what was strong in the disagreement, their evidence and the preponderant opinion with its evidence. The research was then concluded with the most important findings drawn from it, along with a list of the sources and references.
