推进产教融合是地方高校重构教育领域，实现向应用型转型的必由之路。地方高校要进一步满足产业需求。人才培养以学科为导向，以行业需求为导向，实现与行业需求的动态平衡。深化产教融合是区域经济社会发展的迫切要求。应将人力资本作为最重要的创新要素加入到产业链中。以产教结合的方式更新再造型人才的培养流程。
