The existence of this intense competition requires that business people or those who have a business in the fashion industry must always pay attention to and meet market needs, this is in order to achieve a competitive advantage in the midst of intense competition in the industry. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the strategy used by Clothes sure. To win the trade competition with other competitors, Clothes sure must have the right development strategy for the company's sustainability. The development strategy in question can be carried out with several analyzes including internal and external factor analysis, IFE Matrix and EFE Matrix analysis.
