{"title":"利比亚的黎波里大学教育学院教授在高等教育中使用电子学习的观点和挑战","authors":"Mona Salem Ahmed Al-Awjazi, Fahima Tayeb Dikna","doi":"10.36772/arid.aijeps.2023.472","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The study aims to identify the extent of the availability of e-learning competencies and the obstacles to its use in university education among professors of the faculties of education, University of Tripoli, And the detection of statistical differences in the degree of availability of e-learning competencies among the professors, and this According to the following variables: academic qualification, specialization, the scientific degree, years of experience, the researchers used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the research community, which numbered (160) professors, by drawing a random sample of (60) strength, by (38%) and using the appropriate statistical methods for the Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS).\nThe results showed that the level of \"e-learning culture, the computer use, and the equipment\" among the professors of the Faculty of Education at Janzour was at a medium degree, while the \"adequacy of using the information network\" was at a high degree.\nAnd according to the obstacles which faced by professors in implementing e-learning programs in university education, were come with a moderate degree from the point of view of the research sample members, and The results showed, according to the degree of availability of e-learning competencies, there no statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of e-learning competencies due to the variable \"Educational qualification\" for all dimensions of the first axis \"e-learning culture, And the use of the World Wide Web, the computer skills, and e-learning equipment in the college\", It also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of e-learning competencies due to the variable \"Scientific degree\" (according to associate professor), at the level (0.05), and in the dimension of \"E-learning culture\", and there are differences (according to the academic degree professor) From the members of the research sample, for the dimension of \"computer use, and the use of the World Wide Web\".
