A quasi real-time boundary fusion technology is urgently needed to seamlessly splice the setting calculation data of each region to form an integrated power grid data model to solve the network wide, high-precision, multi-mode relay protection fault analysis and setting calculation requirements, build a strong \"first line of defense\" for the power grid.
