摘要

超分辨率是一种通过构造单幅高分辨率图像来提高低分辨率图像序列视觉质量的技术。本文对从交通监控视频中获取车牌自动识别系统感兴趣。该系统从视频输入中检测车辆车牌,然后进行超分辨率处理。该系统采用光学字符识别技术,通过与RTO数据库比对,从车牌超分辨率图像中获取文本,并显示车主姓名、车辆登记等车辆详细信息。
