The proposed authoring tool consists of two types: the sensory effect metadata (SEM) generation tool and the SEM authoring tool. The SEM generation tool performs that each MPEG-V based SEM is inputted, generated and extracted. The SEM authoring tool writes MPEG-V based SEM and performs a 3D simulation of the inputted SEM.
