The SkyWater 130 nanometer CMOS process was used to design an operational transconductance amplifier current-mirror as a core of an AC-coupled Amplifier. So, AC-coupled amplifier applications were discussed, as well as an overview of the analog integrated circuit design flow and the open-source EDA tools used in each step. Simulations and results are presented and compared with other works in the state of the art.
