摘要

目前大多数流行的三维CAD工具仅将尺寸驱动机构应用于零件的自动重构,而大多数工具根本没有实现组件的自动重构。本文提出了一种新颖的三维建模方法,该方法将尺寸参数和变化规则集成到模型中,使装配体成为一个对象,一旦整个模型尺寸发生变化,该对象就可以根据规则自动重建任意部件。利用该方法,既保持了零件的尺寸驱动机构,又使零件具有自动重构的能力。在家具设计中应用的实验结果表明,该方法可以大大提高模型的灵活性和可重用性。
