This paper establishes the available capacity probability model of wind power and PV power based on the probabilistic forecast, and calculates the operation credible capacity of new energy at every time under the same reliability level, and analyzes the influence factors of operation credible capacity. Besides, this paper establishes the time sequence simulation model which included the operation credible capacity into the start-up schedule of conventional units, and the new energy accommodation before and after the inclusion was calculated. 摘要

新能源现有可信容量主要从规划层面的充分性角度研究新能源年可信容量对电力系统可靠性的综合贡献。本文在概率预测的基础上,建立了风电和光伏发电的可用容量概率模型,计算了相同可靠性水平下新能源各时刻运行可信容量,并分析了运行可信容量的影响因素。建立了将运行可信容量纳入常规机组启动计划的时序仿真模型,并计算了纳入前后的新能源容纳量。结果表明,在实例中,将新能源运行可信容量纳入机组启动计划后,与传统方法相比,新能源利用率从93%提高到95%。
