The system consists of superior-machine and lower-machine. The lower-machine takes ATmega16 as the core processor, and RCV420 is the signal processor for measuring and sampling the 4-20mA current signal. The superior-machine is connected with lower-machine to receive and send data by WIFI module and acquire eight environmental real-time variables. The superior-machine is based on Android Development Environment and Javascript which uses Client to obtain real-time variables and gets with function such as curve display, data saving and warning prompt. The system can obtain an value of scale 2048 points by setting the ID number. 摘要

本文设计了一种基于Android的多功能无线监控系统。该系统由上位机和下位机组成。下位机以ATmega16为核心处理器,以RCV420为信号处理器,对4-20mA电流信号进行测量和采样。上位机与下位机通过WIFI模块进行数据收发,获取8个环境实时变量。上位机基于Android开发环境和Javascript,利用客户端获取实时变量,并具有曲线显示、数据保存、警告提示等功能。通过设置ID号,系统可以获得2048分的比例值。现场试验和应用表明,该系统在多点环境值和工业生产的远程监测中具有良好的性能,具有较高的精度和实时性要求。
