摘要

项目投资决策系统是一个典型的灰色系统,具有一定的信息不确定性。本文试图将灰色系统理论与层次分析法有机地结合起来。计算判断矩阵,通过加权灰色关联度建立模型,为决策提供了有效的途径。运用灰色关联分析方法处理电力项目投资决策过程。然后通过层次分析法对多目标进行加权。最后计算加权灰色关联度,从备选方案中选择最优投资方案,使决策结果更加科学。
