摘要

本文旨在利用公众满意度指数来描述和分析公众对萨玛林达一级移民局的满意程度。本文采用的方法是描述定量,即数据以数字形式出现,并使用统计描述技术进行分析。本文采用李克特量表进行评分。研究结果表明,在2.51-3.25的区间内,平均得分为3.08,因此被纳入“良好”类别。
