摘要

本文提出了在配电馈线之间进行负荷转移时,对光伏系统进行无功补偿和实际减功率的调度,以防止过电压违例。根据配电网的配置,推导了各光伏母线无功注入的电压敏感系数。ADAS (Advanced Distribution Automation System)根据灵敏度系数和光伏装机容量,向各光伏逆变器发出控制命令,调整光伏发电量,使各光伏系统更公平地提供电压保障的辅助服务。选取台湾电力公司的实际配电馈线进行计算机仿真,验证所提出的控制方法对于缓解高光伏安装普及率配电馈线负荷转移运行中的电压违例问题的有效性。
