In this context, our contribution in this paper consists in proposing a prototype for Process model assessment and applying it on a real business process model in the higher education. Our prototype is based on four main steps (modeling, measurement, evaluation and improvement). It takes as input a BPMN model for which some measures are applied to define its level of quality. After that, we compare the obtained measures with the threshold values presented in literature with the purpose of evaluating the considered BPMN model level of quality.
