One of them is the use of online transportation which has often been discussed in recent years in Indonesia. In 2019, there are already several types of online transportation service providers in Banyuwangi, including Gojek, Grab, and Bangjek. These three online transportation services have different criteria and perceptions for users in each of these online transportation. The purpose of this study is to show us about users' satisfaction with online transportation services from Grab, Gojek, and Bangjek. From this study we also can know about user perceptions on each online transportation that is especially available in Banyuwangi, then the data is processed using the Chi-Square test. Data obtained by direct survey distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results showed that the calculated chi-square value was greater than the coefficient chi-square, for the user of with Grab chi-square value of 295,853, the user of Gojek was 296,990, and the user of Bangjek was 292,289, for the chi-square H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted that there is a relationship between user perceptions of each online transportation in the city of Banyuwangi.
