It’s manufactured by rolling process with graphite and carbon fiber, and can be cut, twisted and woven into rope-shape composite grounding conductor to replace galvanized steel in grounding device of transmission line. In this paper, the micromorphology of the composite conductive material is observed by SEM. The electrical resistivity measurement, pulse current withstand test, tensile performance test and temperature test are conducted on the composite grounding conductor according to the electric power industry standard DL/T 2095-2020.
