Monitoring and Controlling Method of the Environment Condition in the Animal Breeding Farm by Using Smart Phone

There are many animal breeding farms having mass production system. Productivity is depended on the indoor environment condition of the farm. Ventilation of air is required to remove the contaminant such as carbon dioxide and dust generated by animals breeding in the farm and to supply the fresh air. Many heat exchange ventilation facilities are used in the animal breeding farm such as chicken or duck breeding farm. The controller of heat exchange ventilation facility is required to monitoring and controlling the environment condition of the animal breeding farm. In this paper, remote monitoring and controlling method of the environment condition in the animal breeding farm by using the smart phone is proposed. The controller for monitoring and controlling heat exchange ventilation facility is developed. The performance verification experiment of developed controller is conducted in the chicken breeding farm.
