Research On The Prediction Of The Arbitration Effect Of Intellectual Property Disputes Concerning Foreign Affairs Based On Logistic Regression

Aiming at the problem that the current arbitration effect of intellectual property disputes is not good, and the prediction of arbitration effect takes too long, an optimization method based on Logistic regression method is proposed. This paper uses Logistic regression method to make a unified survey of current international intellectual property diversity disputes, so as to make an overall investigation and thematic analysis of arbitration disputes. Based on the characteristics of timeliness and regionality, this paper conducts the arbitration of intellectual property disputes, so as to improve the prediction effect of the effectiveness of the arbitration of intellectual property disputes. The experimental results show that the prediction time is short and the arbitration effect is better.
