POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE SAÚDE: A REALIDADE DO ESTADO DE RORAIMA

Social policy comes under capitalism because of the workers' mobilizations and from the nineteenth century. In Brazil, the first social laws came from the industrialization process. Before the whole process, the country challenging the health reform through the VIII National Health Conference, considered a milestone for social health in Brazil, supported by the Constitution - Citizen, which has shaped the guidelines of the Unified Health System. The SUS emerged as strong hope to improve the health of the population, through the Federal Constitution of 1988 and law 8080/90, which specify among other things the objectives, principles and guidelines governing this new care plan for public health. At the regional level, it appears that although the NHS plan is well established in theory, the practice shows difficulties in its effective implementation. In the state of Roraima, the NHS is organized through Resolution No. 051 of October 22, 2009 (DOE No. 1178 of 06/11/2009), the Bipartite Commission - CIB / RR. We discuss about the National Humanization Policy (PNH), how it develops in the state of Roraima as regards the service of High Complexity in Oncology (UNACON).
