The photocatalysis properties are investigated at different conditions. 摘要

本文研究了低温共感知法制备硫化铜(cu)纳米颗粒和120℃水热法制备硫化铜/石墨烯片(cu /Gs)纳米复合材料。采用x射线衍射分析(XRD)、能量色散x射线分析(EDX)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对纳米颗粒(NPs)的结构、表面形貌和尺寸进行了讨论和分析。所得纳米颗粒的尺寸在(4-10 nm)之间。采用热重分析(TGA)方法研究了石墨烯基纳米复合材料对其热性能的影响。研究了不同条件下的光催化性能。结果表明,石墨烯片(Gs)纳米复合材料对纳米颗粒的组成和热性能有影响。
