The first crystal transformation tank is very important part in the entire production process, in this crystal transformation tank has preliminary chemical reaction. The effect of chemical reactions mostly depends on the temperature of the crystal transformation tank, and the temperature is influenced by the amount of raw material in the crystal transformation tank, the pressure of crystal transformation tank and other effects. Comprehensive field experience derived that the temperature control of first crystal transformation tank with time delay, large inertia, nonlinear and other Characteristics, so the article puts forward Fuzzy-PID control strategy. Using MATLAB simulation and fuzzy control toolbox to establish simulation model simulation, and compared with conventional PID control.
