Based on nonparametric kernel density estimation, a wind power output model is constructed, and a large number of simulation scenarios generated by sampling are clustered to generate typical scenarios. The maximum wind power consumption based on scenario analysis is constructed as the goal, and the source-load coordination optimization model is established. 摘要

随着中国新能源的快速发展,风电装机容量已居世界首位。风电输出的随机性加大了常规供电的调控压力,风电消纳问题日益严重。提出了一种考虑风电不确定性的源负荷协调优化调度方法。采用具有可调特性的高能量负荷和常规电源参与电网优化调度。基于非参数核密度估计,构建风电输出模型,对采样生成的大量模拟场景进行聚类,生成典型场景。构建了基于情景分析的最大风电消纳为目标,建立了源荷协调优化模型。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效提高风电消纳水平。
