摘要

传统的多阶段输电网扩容规划没有考虑后续各阶段负荷增长的影响和建设成本的迅速增加等动态因素。但这些动态因素在放松管制的电力系统中非常重要。针对这些动态因素,本文提出了动态多级输电网扩容规划。动态多级输电网扩展规划模型根据节点负荷增长的速度和加速度进行负荷重调度,体现了由于负荷水平和建设成本的迅速增加而提前建设部分线路的输电网超前发展规划的新内涵,并采用混沌粒子群优化(CPSO)对规划模型进行求解。一个4级19总线的测试案例表明,动态多级传输网扩展规划方法是可行和高效的。
