Over the years, researchers have been investigating the process of producing and converting biomass into bioenergy, but the importance of logistics was detected recently. Critical parameters of supply chain management and logistics are efficiency and effectiveness. This paper presents a literature review of articles published in journal articles from 1992 to 2017, which includes the bioenergy production interface and logistical issues and supply chain management.
