In order to determine the relation between the TSDC and film manufacturing processes, parameters such as cooling rate and film surface roughness are investigated. The surface roughness is strongly dependent on forming plate materials which are in contact with the surface of the HDPE film during the press forming process. HDPE films which were in contact with Teflon sheets on both surfaces during the manufacturing process showed a large TSDC heterocurrent peak at 90 degrees C. In the case of a noncovering forming process, the HDPE films did not show any apparent TSDC peaks. 摘要
