A minimum RMS current control algorithm is adopted in DC-DC converter to improve system efficiency. 摘要

提出了一种基于二极管箝位的三电平多模块电力电子变压器在单相25kV/50Hz铁路机车牵引中的应用。每个模块由三电平h桥AC-DC整流器和半桥双向DC-DC变换器组成。与传统的两电平h桥结构相比,三电平模块可以提高接口电压和功率尺度。同时,级联模块和中频变压器的数量减少了一半。交直流整流器由直流回路控制,采用直流链路电压均衡算法。在DC-DC变换器中采用最小有效值电流控制算法来提高系统效率。最后,在三模块级联样机上进行了实验,验证了所开发的拓扑结构和控制在不同工况下的性能。
