摘要

切削飞机结构件需要采用高性能的模块化刀具系统,选择刀片等级以保证工艺效率和质量为关键,现在主要依靠人的经验和刀具供应商的建议来选择,导致作业车间文件和机床编程难以规范。提出了针对山特维克刀具应用案例的插入等级选项:首先在基于规则的推理(RBR)中选择符合处理要求的候选等级,然后利用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊评价法寻找优选等级,结果与实际处理情况相似,该方法可应用于高级刀具智能推荐和刀具操作培训中。
