Perspective on Supply Chain Management for Construction Engineering Management Risk Prevention

With the continuous development of China's economy, the competition among enterprises in various industries is becoming fiercer, the construction industry is no exception, and how to improve their competitive advantages in the fierce competition is the main problem of current construction enterprises. Implementing supply chain management in construction enterprises can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises and help enterprises achieve economic benefits.
