Benefits of Gamified Evaluations for Virtual Education in Pandemic Context According to the Peruvian Teachers Perception
Faced with the current pandemic context, in which virtual education has prevailed in most countries, this exploratory research aims to determine the Peruvian teachers' perception about the benefits of using gamified tools for learning assessment. 110 teachers of different educational levels participated, of which 80% were women (88) and 20% men (22), aged between 21 and 61 years. A questionnaire was applied to them to measure the benefits of 5 dimensions: effectiveness, motivation, performance, ubiquity and satisfaction. The results provide an overview of the gamification benefits, but they also reveal differences in the benefits according to educational levels (kindergarten, primary, secondary, and higher education).
