The work considers both the scenarios of working professionals: professionals working from home and professionals working onsite. The work introduces a novel hybrid machine learning approach called GBETRR. GBETRR combines two approaches, namely gradient-boosting classifier and extra-trees regressor repressor. The present work also uses a hybrid parameter optimization algorithm. Multiple performance metrics are used to evaluate the performance evaluation.
